2013 Summer Convention


REGISTRATION DESK: The Westin Conference Center Lobby

BADGES: Your badge is your admission to all CLE Sessions, Opening Reception, Friday Evening Social and
refreshment breaks. Spouses/Partners must register and wear a badge to attend meetings.

SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS: If, under the Americans with Disabilities Act, you require
special accommodations, please contact Richard Dibblee at (801) 297-7029, at least one week prior
to the Convention.

MANDATORY CLE: The Utah MCLE Board has approved the 2014 Summer Convention for up to 13
hours of CLE credit, including up to 3 hours of Ethics and up to 2 hours self-study credit for video replay (incl.
1 hour Prof./Civ.). To ensure that you receive Utah MCLE credit, check in at the Registration Desk.

PROGRAM MATERIALS: Schedules will be provided with registration. Handouts are provided in breakouts as
requested by the presenter. All materials will available prior to the Convention at: http://summerconvention.utahbar.org.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION: Only written or e-mail requests for refunds will be accepted. Such
requests must be made to Richard Dibblee, richard.dibblee@utahbar.org. The Bar has no desire to retain moneys
paid by members unable to attend. However, guarantees and other related expenses make the following
refund schedule necessary. All cancellations are subject to a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations will be
accepted until Monday, June 30, 5:00 p.m. No refunds will be provided for registration/activities after
